Description
HTS is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the therapy team at our new partner senior living community near Rushville, IN (Rush County). Treat a diverse caseload from short term rehab, long term care and assisted living populations. This full-time position, 30 – 40 hours per week, has a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.
For a well-qualified candidate, this could be a Lead Therapist position. The OTA in that role will treat patients for a majority of the week while also performing Lead Therapist responsibilities such as attending facility and team meetings, following up on therapy referrals, planning minutes and reporting any issues to Regional Director.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
