Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in Danville, CA! Our company provides the highest caliber of outpatient treatment to adolescents struggling with addiction and/or mental illness. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11am to 7pm and Friday 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
- Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
- Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including Process Groups and DBT Groups
- Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
- Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
- Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator
Requirements:
Licensed as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in CA or Associates with AMFT/ACSW/APCC in CA.
Experience with DBT or a willingness to learn
Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check
Exceptional clinical judgment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Payrate: $75k - 90k annual
