Job Description:
A community healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee facility operations from 7 PM - 7 AM. In this key leadership role, you will manage a team of 25 FTEs and serve as the Patient Flow Specialist, collaborating with clinical managers and the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure smooth operations and sound decision-making during night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise facility operations, ensuring seamless patient flow throughout the hospital.
- Act as the administrative decision-maker, coordinating with clinical managers and the CNO as needed.
- Provide hands-on nursing leadership and support to staff.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Montana.
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a hospital setting; ICU experience is a plus.
- Competent in managing IV pumps and advanced medical equipment, including A-lines, invasive lines, chest tubes, and ventilator-supported patients.
- Experience in patient flow management and nursing leadership is preferred.
- CPR certification is required.
- ACLS and PALS certifications are required or must be obtained within 6 months of employment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
