Purcell Municipal Hospital is in need of a FT Lead Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician for the Laboratory Department.
- Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient with quality control/verification products.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of technical operations.
- Monitoring and evaluating staff progress.
- Assisting with training and recruitment.
- Setting goals and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Setting up, testing, and maintaining equipment.
- Directing and managing a team of technicians/technologists.
- Installing, updating, and maintaining software and hardware components.
Minimum Experience: 3 years laboratory experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Desired: Graduate of MT or MLT Program. Previous work experience. ASCP or AMT certification preferred or eligible.
