The Assistant Director of Clinical Services will ensure mental health services at their assigned PNMI/supported sites. This position supports residential program managers in staffing, supervision, clinical programming, treatment plans, crisis intervention, consultation on challenging clinical issues, quality assurance activities, occupancy, and program budgets.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in social work with licensure and 4 plus years of relevant mental health, supervisory and administrative experience required
- Have an LCSW or be eligible for one
- Demonstrated supervisory and administrative skills
- Excellent clinical skills with competence to work in areas of one-to-one counseling, group work, community outreach, some experience in Dual Diagnosis (Mental Health and Substance Abuse) and a team approach to treatment
