The Radiologic Technologist operates X-ray equipment to assist in the diagnoses of various diseases, ailments, and injuries.
This position is for a casual Radiologic Technologist role with the ability to float to multiple sites as needed. Casual is defined as a minimum of two shifts per month on an as-needed basis. Shifts could be between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days a week, depending on scheduling needs. Qualified candidates will be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and must have current ARRT registration.
- Fluent in digital radiology technology.
- Possess advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of multiple computer applications and equipment, such as PACS, Digitizer, Outlook, EMR, and EPM.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
- Experience in medical office and exam room settings.
- Frequent exposure to communicable diseases.
- Frequent contact with a variety of people; exposure to equipment noise for extended periods of time.

Experience
Preferred: 1 year in a healthcare setting preferred. Courses in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology preferred. One to three years of experience as an X-ray technologist, preferably in a physician practice environment. Associate’s degree in radiological technology from an accredited radiography program. American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration required.
