Dental Assistant
The Dental Assistant is responsible for providing dental care to patients in a public health setting. Based on our patient base, being bilingual/fluent in English and Spanish is required. This position works under the supervision of a dentist and dental office manager and is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Driving the company vehicle to the scheduled facility
- Preparing patients for dental procedures
- Taking and developing dental X-rays
- Chairside assisting the dentist or dental hygienist
- Cleaning and polishing teeth
- Applying fluoride treatments
- Instructing patients on oral hygiene
- Maintaining dental records
Dental Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active X-ray Certification (or) Active CA RDA license
- At least two years of experience working in a dental setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- State Driver's License and clean driving record
Dental Assistant Benefits:
- Rate: $25.00-$35.00/hr (very negotiable and based on experience and credentials)

DENTAL ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY:
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday work days, 3 12-hour shifts per week (No weekends for a great work-life balance!)
- Ability to drive company minivan + Valid driver's license + clean driving record required
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
- COVID-19 vaccines or valid exemptions required
- Active X-Ray Certification (or) Active California Registered Dental Assistant / RDA License
- Rate: $25.00-$35.00/hr (Negotiable)
