Responsibilities
- Provides quality patient care and performs technical skilled care in the patient's home.
- Services are provided within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with the health care team.
- Instructs the patient's family in care and maintenance of a healthy environment.
- Observes, records, and reports the patient's response to treatment and changes in condition daily.
Education and Experience
- Current LPN licensure in state of practice.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- CPR Certification required.
