Hope For Youth is seeking a Licensed Therapist, which use the Multidimensional Family Therapist (MDFT) model. MDFT training is provided. The Therapist would be working in its Court Programs. The position is based in Suffolk County and will require frequent home visits to clients.

How you will generally spend your time in this job:
- 65% Direct client therapeutic contact including transportation
- 20% Case documentation, reports, case related meetings
- 15% Staff meetings/supervision/training
To qualify for this job you need to have a:
- LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT
- 1 year experience working with children or adolescents
- A Valid NYS Driver's License in good standing
- Computer knowledge and able to use electronic record.
- Access to a reliable vehicle that can be used on a regular basis for client visits, transports
- Excellent writing skills/time management.
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling (work evenings, possible weekends if necessary).
- Responding to all calls/emergencies via agency-provided mobile phone and/or via internet technologies
- Physical Requirements: read/write reports and log entries, walking/standing for prolonged periods, bending/stooping, kneeling/squatting, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, repetitive wrist/finger movements, driving own vehicle
This opportunity is being offered at a pay range of $60K-$64k/year based on a 35 hours per week, flexible hours.
