TOTS is a multi-disciplinary pediatric practice that values our patients, their families, and our wonderful staff. As a TOTS SLP, you will learn from experienced clinicians, utilize a multi-disciplinary model, and be able to be trained in AAC and feeding therapy. We show our commitment to staff development through our structured 6-week onboarding program (which includes shadowing, trainings, and structured ramp up to full caseload); weekly in-services; and continuing education allowance. Our CFY supervision doubles that required by the ASHA CFCC. We also have an organizational structure that leads to professional growth in the company and develops leadership skills.
