Description
Proliance Surgeons is one of the largest surgical practices in the country, with over 450 providers including over 200 board-certified physicians providing treatment at more than 100 care centers in Washington State.
At Proliance, our patients come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire, develop and engage great people from a wide variety of backgrounds and encourage growth and development to make our organization a great place to work. We draw on the differences in who we are, what we’ve experienced, and how we think to create Exceptional Outcomes, Personally Delivered.
We are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefit and pay package including health coverage, 401k with match and profit share, PTO and more! Check out our main career site for more details at www.proliancesurgeons.com/careers.
Be Part of Who We Are!
Our team is expanding! We have outgrown our clinical space in Issaquah and will be opening a second clinic in Bellevue. We have several opportunities for full-time PTs at both locations as some of our seasoned Issaquah staff are transitioning to the Bellevue clinic. This is a rare opportunity as our group has very low staff turnover, so please reach out if interested!
Our fun, fast-paced clinic puts patients and therapists first, so we enjoy 40-minute, one-on-one appointments with our patients. We prioritize delivering exceptional patient care but also strive to create a culture that is respectful of a clinician’s work-life balance, so each therapist also receives 40 minutes of paid documentation time daily. We offer formal mentoring for new grads as well as a highly lucrative quarterly bonus, incredible benefits with ample paid time off, and a $1500 annual continuing education package. We see a wide mix of patients from all walks of life - post-op athletes to weekend warriors to total joints. We work closely with the orthopedic surgeons downstairs to manage their patients' pre- and post-operative rehab needs. The close proximity and relationship between PT and surgeon offers a multitude of learning and team-building opportunities. Our Issaquah clinic, just 15 miles east of Seattle, sits at the base of the Cascade Mountains with gorgeous views, easy access to I-90, and an award-winning school district. From hiking and skiing in the mountains to enjoying the many waters of the Puget Sound, Issaquah is the perfect location for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an established clinic with a wonderful reputation!
