The Hospice Program Director manages and leads the delivery of high-quality, end-of-life care through effective and efficient use of resources. In addition, they oversee the operation of the office; plans, organizes, directs, and controls material resources and staffing needs. They also promote awareness and understanding of Care Initiatives Hospice programs throughout the assigned area.

What it takes:- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business, healthcare administration or related field, preferred.
- Two (2) years in a leadership position, required.
