We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Therapist to join our in-house rehab team at Lock Haven Rehabilitation and Senior Living!
Responsibilities of Speech Language Pathologist:
- Evaluate Residents' conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
- Help Residents in their goals to improve cognition or swallowing
- Education for Residents and caregivers
- Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
- Maintain Resident confidence & protect facility by keeping information confidential
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Contribute to team effort
- Perform daily documentation
- Perform daily billing
Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with geriatric population preferred
