As a pivotal member, you'll conduct assessments, manage patient plans autonomously, and act as a central advocate for patient welfare. Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the privacy and confidentiality of patients and families.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and establish comprehensive patient care plans.
- Deliver patient-centered healthcare, continuously seeking improvement.
- Monitor clinical assessments to adapt patient care plans effectively.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care Critical Care RN experience.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Florida or eligibility to obtain before start date.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred, with expectation to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- BSN preferred.
