Psychologist Opening in Southern Cincinnati Suburb OH ENT
A nonprofit healthcare organization is currently interviewing candidates for an experienced Psychologist to join their team.
Position Details:
- Contracted position opening for a psychologist
- Base Salary: $100,000 payable for 26 pay periods annually
- Production bonus: $800 monthly potential, meeting an average of 7 visits per day
- Sign on bonus: $10,000
- Relocation bonus: Up to $5,000
- CME: Up to $1,500 a year reimbursement
- License & association fees: up to $1,200 a year reimbursement
- Health, life, dental, vision insurance provided
- 401K plan: $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and 0.50 cents on the 4th and 5th % for a max match at 4% of your income
- Safe Harbor Plan: 100% vested on the company match immediately
- Time Off: Years 1-4 accrual of 6.46 hours per pay period (21 days), year 4+ accrual of 8.00 hours per pay period (26 days), 10 paid holidays (including your birthday), additional extended illness time (caps at 6 weeks)
- Loan Repayment: NHSC loan eligibility
- No call or weekends!
- Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours weekly, one night until 6:30 PM
- Average patients per PA expected: 7 (some days will be more, some may be less)
- New patients and follow-ups: 60 minutes, stable follow-ups: 30 minutes, testing appointments longer as needed
- Two locations: one location 3 days a week, another location 2 days a week
- Cognitive Behavior Experience required; trauma counseling experience preferred; qualification for MMPI and IQ testing required
