Job Description
Focused on ongoing program management
Responsibilities
Support the development and management of internal and external programs to deliver ongoing medical billing solution and services support.
Apply best practice methodologies in medical billing as it relates to the Methasoft solution including training on solution functionality, workflows, coordination with support, and business operations projects support.
Coordinate with cross functional groups and business stakeholders to ensure project deliverables, client feedback, and solution functionality is delivered.
Create and maintain reporting on program performance against defined goals and objectives
Lead team of associates through training, development, and workload assignment and monitoring to achieve team goals.
Diagnose and resolve complex client inquiries and requests related to medical billing module, processes, setup and configuration within Methasoft, including updates and ongoing changes as needed.
Provide solution or process training to clients including assistance with data setup and testing
Prepare new or complex source data for payer or billing configurations and complete entry into client systems.
Qualifications
Required
Previous experience with setup and configuration of medical billing or revenue cycle modules
Previous experience with processing medical billing or revenue cycle operations
Effective and efficient communication and client management skills
Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Preferred
Experience with Methasoft or other Opiod Treatment Program billing software solutions
Experience managing a small team of support or medical billing associates
