Description:
Responsible for managing and directing the operations of the Laboratory, and as such is responsible for assuring continual, timely and accurate laboratory services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of laboratory experience in a High-Complexity setting required; advanced degree in healthcare field preferred.
- MT (ASCP) certification preferred.
- One to two years management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop successful working relationships.
