Job Summary and Qualifications
At Horizon Medical Center, we are seeking a highly motivated CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist eager to cross-train into CT imaging. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. This role emphasizes productivity, efficiency, image quality, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform standard radiologic and CT imaging procedures with high attention to detail and precision.
- Exercise independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in executing technical procedures.
- Ensure productivity and efficiency in all tasks while maintaining high-quality imaging standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and co-workers.
- Participate in Performance Improvement activities to ensure continuous Quality Improvement.
- Maintain cultural and diversity awareness in interactions.
- Foster a supportive and teamwork-oriented environment within the department.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- ARRT (R) registered.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Certification required within 90 days of hire or promotion.
- Availability to work full time nights and weekends.
