We are looking for a Site Director to lead our clinical research studies focused on psychiatry and CNS. The ideal candidate will embody a proactive and results-focused approach to take accountability for driving project success while ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of quality. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate challenges effectively and inspire a team toward achieving ambitious goals. Deep domain knowledge in the area of psychiatric/CNS clinical trials is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Inspire and lead the clinical research team, cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Mentor staff, providing support that empowers team members to excel in their roles. Identify training needs and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Study Oversight:
- Manage the planning and execution of clinical trials related to psychiatry and CNS, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
- Drive participant enrollment and retention, implementing strategies to enhance engagement.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), institutional policies, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits and address issues proactively to uphold quality standards.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the main contact for sponsors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams, providing timely updates and insights.
- Share site performance metrics and propose solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, psychiatry, neuroscience, public health)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on psychiatry and CNS preferred, and 2 years in study/site management.
- Proven experience in managing and successfully delivering clinical trials.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and GCP.
- Experience with rater scales and assessment tools is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
