Job Description
Biotherapeutics and Genetic Medicine Overview:

Our department is responsible for the discovery of biotherapeutic and genetic medicine drug candidates for all discovery therapeutic areas. As we execute many programs in parallel with different drug modalities, we need integrated data science strategies to automate experimental execution, to capture and visualize our data and enable ML models for de novo candidate discovery and optimization. We are seeking interns with biologic sciences bench skills and data/computer science training to support the implementation of this strategy.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing laboratory workflows
- Designing and implementing automated liquid handling and data capture solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Molecular and Cellular Biology or other related field
- Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship
- Expected graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026
- Computer Science skills/experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to laboratory automation a plus
