OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a contingent Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team located in Livonia, Michigan.
Our Palliative Care team may consult with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to treat pain and other symptoms, help with discussion of goals and wishes, or provide extra support to help families find needed resources to assist in caring for their loved one.
This opportunity will entail inpatient palliative care consults with no outpatient coverage responsibility. This is an exciting opportunity for the right APP to be part of a well-established group practice and will cover 1-2 weekends per month.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
- Certification:
- Nurse Practitioners are required to be board certified in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP).
- Physician Assistants must hold a PA-C (Certified Physician Assistant) credential.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted licensure to practice in the state of Michigan.
