Job Description:
Dr. Rollins is hiring a Clinical Trial Researcher to work on the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) clinical trial in 2024 and the DoD clinical trial in 2025.
The Clinical Trial Researcher position will work with the Principal Investigator to coordinate, oversee, and implement the research assessment activities. This position will schedule and monitor assessments, complete research assessments, conduct intake interviews, consent participants, and update and help organize and maintain all subject-level raw data generated from research. This individual will assist with recruitment/community outreach events to educate the community about autism spectrum disorders and the clinical trial being conducted.
Additionally, this Clinical Trial Researcher will participate in technical research and publication activities. The role will provide patient care and administrative functions as needed to facilitate high-volume patient participation in clinical trials related to the Center's mission.
This is a grant-funded position, and continued employment is contingent on the availability of funds.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in health sciences, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, or a related field plus at least one year experience with clinical trials or research in biomedical engineering, neuroscience, or a related field.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Degree in the field of psychology, human development, early childhood disorders, or speech-language pathology.
