Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele
Length: 13 weeks
Must work 1 of 2 or 2 or 3 holidays.
Requirements:
- NJ License
- 2+ years experience
- General knowledge of chest tubes, surgical drains, oxygen therapy, and patient mobility equipment such as hoyer lifts and ambulation aids required
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIH
- Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam, RWJ Stroke CEU’s
Others:
- EPIC Charting
- First time travelers are accepted
- Patient mix on unit: Medical conditions including, but not limited to, CHF, pneumonia, diabetes, and cardiac issues. Occasional post-surgical patients could be admitted to this unit. Knowledge of chest tubes, surgical drains, oxygen therapy, IV therapy, blood glucose monitoring, and telemetry monitoring are highly recommended.
- May float between MS/Tele units, MS/Neuro, MS/Oncology, MS/Orthopedic and Observation units, as needed.
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
- Local Rules: Accepted
Must work 1 of 2 or 2 or 3 holidays – please denote all RTO upon submission.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (SAT/SUN).
