Shifts Available: 7a-3p *Monday to Friday*
Some Duties and Responsibilities for Registered Nurse / LPN Unit Managers:
- Work with all departments and personnel to ensure comprehensive care, treatment, and environment meet our superior standards.
- Provide professional guidance, supervision, and encouragement to professional and non-professional staff.
- Assumes nursing administrative responsibilities of the facility for weekend and holiday coverage as requested.
- Supervise nursing department staff performance; assist with completion of annual evaluations.
- Initiate disciplinary action of nursing department staff performance and floor nurses when warranted.
- Hold unit meetings with nursing department staff performance as needed.
Requirements for Registered Nurse / LPN Unit Managers:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Pennsylvania RN license or LPN License
- Supervisory experience preferred.
