Providence Reed’s Crossing Health Center is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join a dedicated Primary Care team serving the beautiful Oregon community of Hillsboro, Oregon. This is an opportunity to work alongside a highly collegial and multidisciplinary team of Primary Care, Sports Medicine and Pediatric professionals at community-oriented practice that’s located in the heart of a bustling new community. Additionally, you will have direct access to multiple onsite specialists that cover women’s health, physical therapy, cardiology, dermatology, and immediate care - providing you with fast and convenient referrals whenever needed. The role also provides a highly desirable 4-day work week as well as some schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities:

Full-time position with flexibility between 0.8 and 1.0 FTE
4 days/week schedule Monday to Friday
Excellent 2-year base guarantee for experienced physicians, plus quality incentives, signing bonus, and relocation assistance available
Patient-centered medical home model
