- Hours: 32 hours; night shift; Monday-Sunday, 11pm to 7:30am; some holidays; rotating weekends

What you will need:
- License: N/A
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Associate’s degree with three years of inpatient psychiatric experience
- Certification: CPR
- Experience: Experience with human services such as inpatient psychiatry or direct patient care preferred
- Skills: Interpersonal skills, knowledge of psychiatric terminology & theory, empathy
What you will do:
- Mental Health Counselor is a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Acts as a partner with an accountable nurse to serve as either a primary or associate caregiver to assigned patients for the extent of the hospital stay.
- The counselor collaborates with the professional nurse and multi-disciplinary team members to provide holistic, individualized patient care and therapeutic milieu management.
