LTC Physician Care, PC provides Primary Care (PCP) services to Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities across Michigan. Our goal is to improve the overall quality of care, patient outcomes, quality of life, refine facility processes, and enhance patient relationships.
LTC is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our team as Primary-Care Provider.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
- We are happy to consider new graduates.
- Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan.
- Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
- Candidates must have completed a valid U.S. certification program.
Job Structure
- This is an in-person position.
- Physician Assistant will commute directly between home/facilities.
- Physician Assistant works in coordination with an LTC Collaborating Physician.
- Physician Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day care of their patients.
- After-Hours on-call is shared among all LTC Providers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Productivity Based Compensation Model (No Cap).
- $10k SIGN ON BONUS.
- 15 PTO days annually.
- $2,500 Annual CME allowance plus 3 PTO days to use for CME attendance.
