Do you have a positive outlook and a passion for helping others? Family Services has immediate openings for Direct Service Staff at our Family Shelter where you will encourage and empower clients in achieving housing and employment.
Responsibilities
- Promote a growth-oriented environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and strong boundaries.
- Strive to meet the social, economic, emotional, and physical needs of clients receiving services.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be compassionate, patient, respectful, and have a basic understanding of trauma-informed support. You must be:
- 21 years or older.
- Have a valid PA driver’s license.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED.
- Pass a drug screen and all other background checks.
This position starts at $14.00 per hour. Full-time positions are eligible for Health, Vision, Dental insurances, as well as Vacation and Sick leave plus 10 paid Holidays. 401(k) with match; Life/LTD.
