ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers a portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. As a Title & Registration Specialist you will handle all incoming mail to the other departments. This is a Fulltime, in-office position.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay: $19/hr.
What you will be doing:
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Prep work to be scanned.
- Research and resolve issues related to license and title invoices.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
- Data Entry Specialist
- Proficient in proprietary software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and other general office equipment.
- Zendesk experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
