IHC in Bloomington, Indiana (Owen County), seeks an Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our team! - $105,000.00 - $118,000.00 (Variance based on NP/PA education & years of experience)
- $20,000.00 additional reward and retention bonus opportunity paid in allotments

Requirements
- Education: FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/PA
- Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required
- Licensure: Hold a valid license in the State of Indiana
- Current DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority post-hire
- Certification: Nurse Practitioner certification from either the ANCC / AANP or Physician Assistant certification from NCCPA
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience: 2 + years of clinical experience as an NP/PA in the primary care setting
- Previous experience working in a Community Health Center is preferred but not required
