The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We are set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers and paved walkways. The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments.
Established in 1969, The Marquardt has continued to transform expectations of senior living with ever-evolving and expansive options in Watertown, Wisconsin, conveniently located halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.
- Full-time, Part-time or Casual/PRN positions available
- AM, PM or NOC shifts available
- $25.00-34.00 per hour, based on experience
- Shift Differential for PM and NOC Shifts
- Eligible for Sign On Bonus
Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with all individuals.
- Maintains a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Responsible for on-call services, as assigned.
- Leads, guides and develops certified nursing assistants and resident assistants in the provision of quality care.
- Supervises the duties of certified nursing assistants and resident assistants.
- Performs medical treatments and reports status to the registered nurse.
- Reports resident changes in condition promptly to the registered nurse.
- Performs all necessary related functions, such as blood pressure checks and pulses in conjunction with the medication pass as needed.
- Participates in following and updating plans of care.
- Promotes resident centered care.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
