Seeking a full-time RN for a lead position within our assisted living facility in Troy, NY!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day oversight of the LPN and home health aide staff
- Ensuring resident care is delivered
- Ensuring continuity of care
- Perform audits as directed
- Complete assessments as needed both at the start of care and annually
- Attend regular meetings with the DPS
- Keep DPS and director of compliance up to date
