Description
The Respiratory Care Supervisor is responsible for daily operations, personnel management and clinical expertise of the Respiratory Care department primarily in the pediatric areas of the hospital including NICU. Coordinates team to deliver patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards.

This is a Full-time position, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 12-hr shifts; and hours per week are as needed, and not guaranteed.
$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires
Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Required Qualifications:
- Upon hire: National Registered Respiratory Therapist - National Board for Respiratory Care
- Upon hire: National Certified Respiratory Therapist - National Board for Respiratory Care
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years Recent experience in Respiratory Care; 2 of the 5 years must be in NICU or PICU.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree Respiratory Care.
- 2 years Previous supervisory experience in Respiratory Care.
