Position Summary:Responsible for the supervision and management of the Kinship CARES Resource Family Navigators. Carries cases as necessary. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed. Responsible for reviewing and attesting all documentation for Kinship CARES Resource Family Navigators and provides supervision and case oversight. Builds and maintains positive relationships with the Department of Children, Youth and Families. Assists Clinical Director with continuous program development, implementation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, mental healthcounseling, or marriage and family therapy required
- LICSW, LMHC, LMFT required.
- Experience supervising, preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance a must.
- Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
Physical Requirements: This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:
- Travel to and from clients' residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
- Lift up to 201bs.
- Communicate by voice, use sight and hearing.
