Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner interested in working in a mixture of outpatient and inpatient clinic settings with a great collaborating Psychiatrist. The Provider would work 8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri with the possibility of working 4X10 hour shifts. The PMHNP would have excellent collaborative support and mentorship and see a number of patients based on complexity, but they would never see more than 4 patients per hour. The initial evaluations run about 1 hour with follow-ups being about 30 minutes. The Provider would also rotate through an Addiction Medicine Clinic as well.
The compensation would be $90,000-$100,000+ depending upon experience, with a $10,000 Signing bonus and full relocation package of up to $5,000 with paid receipts, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match, Malpractice Insurance, and all dues, fees, and licensure paid for as well. This location qualifies for Loan Repayment through the NHSC which pays $25,000 per year of service (minimum of a two-year commitment required for $50,000 in loan repayment!).
