What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of physician recruitment experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organization skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Practice or Clinic Management experience
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking/Management Systems
- Natural orientation to customer service and marketing
