Job Summary:
The Float Pool RN will be responsible for providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will serve as the patient and family advocate, facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses, and develop care plans with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) Med-Surg acute care RN experience required
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of Florida or appropriate compact licensure
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
- AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required
