- Location: Brenner Children’s Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC
- Possible Shift Schedule: Full time (36 hours, 3x12-hour shifts), with weekend rotation

What You’ll Need:
- Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
How You’ll Impact Patient Care:
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in our healthcare team, leading the coordination of patient care from assessment to evaluation. Your expertise will be showcased as you prescribe, delegate, and carefully orchestrate nursing care tailored to each patient's unique needs, encompassing their age, health/illness status, and physiological/psychosocial well-being. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Patient/Family Centered Care: Utilize the nursing process to deliver compassionate care, placing patients and their families at the center of every decision. Conduct thorough assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, identify outcomes, plan interventions, and coordinate care to promote optimal health and wellbeing in accordance with the policies of WFBH.
- Discharge & Referrals:Participates in multidisciplinary discharge planning referrals to hospital and community resources as needed.
