To support our continued growth, we are seeking full-time CRNAs to join us in our mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care at our endoscopy centers in Springfield, Ohio.

Full-Time
- $205k base salary
- Malpractice coverage
- Comprehensive benefits package, including Cigna health insurance and a marketplace of optional plans
- 7 week's paid vacation plus 7 paid holidays
- $3,000 CME
- 401k and Profit Sharing eligibility after one year of service
- Mon-Fri day shift schedule - General GI - no nights, weekends, or holidays
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree and Master’s degree in Anesthesia
- Current licensure, certification, and ACLS required
- 1-year related experience (Entry Level)
Core Responsibilities and Skills
- Administer anesthesia for endoscopic procedures
- Must be able to work independently and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Intermediate-level computer skills involving word processing, spreadsheet and database skills. Knowledge of EMR Software is a plus
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively analyze, interpret, and solve practical problems
