Lakeside Family Medicine, a member of HealthStar Physicians of Hot Springs, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Located in the scenic town of Hot Springs, Arkansas, our clinic focuses on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to families in our community. Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services, including physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Interpret laboratory results, prescribe medications, and manage overall patient care.
- Collaborate with lead physicians and other healthcare professionals to prepare and manage detailed healthcare plans.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive health measures and chronic disease management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain patient records and document health history and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
- Current and valid AR state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
