Job Summary: This position is intended to provide support in clinical and administrative functions as assigned; tasks may involve patient care, staff scheduling, covering vacancies, supervision of clinic staff, and general office functions.
- Adheres to all compliance standards (including but not limited to HIPAA, OIG and OSHA) at all times. Completes all required training timely.
- Manage and schedule IR Clinic staff, including timecards and PTO.
- Scheduling/Coordinating IR Clinic monthly meetings and staff education.
- Assists in the onboarding and orientation of new staff members.
- Train new employees and cover all job duties of the IR clinic.
- Manage and communicate changes in Webchart processes, including coding updates.
- Various data entry and form completion in support of the Clinical Director.
- Manages projects assigned to completion.
- Serves as a source of information for physicians and staff.
- Uses problem-solving skills to improve processes.
- Understands and follows all policies and procedures.
- Uses excellent communication skills in daily tasks to maintain professionalism with the public and coworkers.
- Provides yearly staff evaluations on performance and manages any disciplinary concerns.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Minimal Acceptable Job Qualifications
Licensure: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
Experience: Experience within a medical office is preferred.
Education: Minimum of associate’s degree in nursing.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of excellent customer service practices.
Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of PC-based computer systems, including Microsoft Word, electronic medical records, and patient/billing software in the office.
Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- Sit, walk, and stand for various lengths of time.
- Continuous typing and computer screen viewing.
- Lifting up to 25 lbs.
- May be exposed to stressful situations and infectious disease.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
