We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager in our Pediatric Neuroscience unit at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a full time day shift position.
- Delegates tasks to nursing staff, manages and checks the nursing schedule, ensures that all shifts are covered.
- Oversees patient care, makes management and budgetary decisions, coordinates meetings, and makes personnel decisions.
- Responsible for recruiting new team members and conducting performance reviews.
