Care Initiatives is currently hiring an On-Call Hospice nurse. This role offers 7 days on and 7 days off as a FT position. This position takes calls from 4:30 P.M until 8:00 A.M. each night as well as taking calls through the weekend. Some scheduled visits may also be assigned.

What it takes to become a Hospice Nurse - On Call:
- RN with a minimum of two years of recent clinical nursing experience.
- Current, valid CPR certification.
- Demonstrated patience and a supportive and sensitive approach to providing patient, family, and caregiver support.
- Willingness and ability to provide care in facility and patient home settings.
