Minimum Requirements:
- Experience managing complex budgets
- Construction project management experience: 5+ years working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with individual project construction types of various scope and size
- Technical knowledge of design/building construction engineering and schedule management
- Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
Educational Level: Bachelor's Degree with a Major in Engineering, Architecture or Construction management.
