Mountain Emergency Physicians is seeking additional BE/BC Emergency Medicine physician(s)
to join our independent/democratic group in the Hickory/Lenoir area of beautiful Western
North Carolina serving UNC Health Caldwell Memorial Hospital and Frye Regional Medical
Center. Mountain Emergency Physicians have been serving the area for over 30 years and are
seeking physicians who are interested in being part of a collegial team.
THE HOSPITAL(S)
Frye Regional Medical Center, serving a population of more than 350,000, is a 355-bed acute
care hospital and comprehensive healthcare system that has been serving the health and
medical needs of the Catawba Valley region since 1911. Located in downtown Hickory, Frye is
committed to delivering high-quality and compassionate care.
UNC Health Caldwell is a private, not-for-profit, 137-bed full-service, acute care hospital located
in Lenoir, NC. The hospital serves a diverse patient population in the beautiful foothills of North
Carolina. Committed to providing top-notch emergency care, UNC Caldwell offers a broad
range of care and treatment for patients.
We provide excellent benefits, which include:
