Our client is located in Reddick, FL. Reddick is a quaint, small town in the heart of Marion County. It is located approximately 20 miles north of Ocala and about 30 miles southwest of Gainesville. Reddick has a peaceful rural atmosphere while being conveniently close to these larger cities. Reddick is surrounded by lush greenery and picturesque landscape and has a wonderful and inviting community.
Practice Overview
Our client is a privately owned small animal hospital that offers cutting-edge integrative medicine in a brand-new, state-of-the-art, modern hospital featuring a serene zen garden. The facility is designed to provide the highest level of care, including advanced rehabilitation services with an underwater treadmill for rehab and regenerative medicine treatments. They combine traditional approaches with holistic therapies such as acupuncture, chiropractic care, and Chinese herbal medicine. Their comprehensive care is further supported by oxygen concentrators, an in-house lab, and ultrasound capabilities.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Nurture and maintain client relationships
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
- Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
- Educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations
- Maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program required
- Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Florida
- Passionate about holistic and modern veterinary medicine
- New Grads are encouraged to apply
- Licensure in one or more of the following: acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Western herbs, Chinese food therapy, or chiropractic
- Ability to perform general wellness exams and surgeries
- Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
