We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our cardiovascular team in Coos Bay, OR. This position offers a unique rotation between the hospital and outpatient clinic, providing comprehensive cardiovascular care to a diverse patient population. The Cardiovascular NP/PA will rotate between hospital and clinic settings on a weekly basis. In the outpatient clinic, the provider will manage 15-18 patients per day, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing follow-up care for cardiovascular conditions. In the cath lab, responsibilities include assisting with 6-8 procedures per day, working closely with cardiologists to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Hospital-based duties include managing inpatient cardiology patients, coordinating care with the cardiovascular team, and providing acute care for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. The role requires a strong ability to work autonomously while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule:
- Clinic Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Cath Lab Hours: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Rotation: 1 week in the hospital, 1 week in the outpatient clinic
Qualifications:
- Certification: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Licensure: Active Oregon license, or the willingness to obtain one
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in inpatient cardiology is required
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, ability to perform in both outpatient and inpatient settings, excellent communication and teamwork abilities
