About the Hospital and Department:
- Position will manage a growing 24 bed ED with over 40k annual visits and a team of over 60 FTE's
- Well supported by a team of Charge Nurses and Department Educator
- Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Director of Nursing

Qualifications & Requirements for Emergency Department Nurse Manager (RN):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active RN License
- 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
- 2+ years of ER leadership experience as an ED/ER Coordinator or Manager level required
- Proven track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and patient experience/satisfaction
- INSPIRATIONAL and collaborative leadership style
