About the Hospital and Department:
- Position will manage a growing 15 bed ED with over 25k annual visits and a team of 35 FTE's
- Well supported by a team of Charge Nurses
- Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer

Qualifications & Requirements for RN Director, Emergency Department:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required (Master's degree preferred)
- Active RN License
- 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
- 2+ years of ER leadership experience as an Emergency Department Manager or above
- Energetic and dynamic leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
- Demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
