Role: Healthcare Business Analyst with strong experience in FHIR IRIS

Required Skills
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Raleigh, NC or Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Good understanding of healthcare domain.
- Experience in Healthcare FHIR IRIS is a must.
- Extensive expertise in environment management issue resolution and an excellent working knowledge of continuous deployment and integration and test-driven development tools.
- At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
- At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
- At least 4 years of experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment.
- At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies.

- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

- Able to estimate for the end-to-end delivery of Integration projects.
- Able to work on technical aspects and help tackle complex items including Integration.
- Excellent communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and internal teams.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
